Adeg's happiness to be in Pennsylvania is evident.

Adeg is a PhD student in the Entomology program. He is keen on understanding the functional roles of beneficial arthropods in agroecosystems of Pennsylvania and investigating how management practices influence their roles.

During his Master’s program at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, he worked with Rupesh Kayriat and studied the effects of cover crops on arthropod community dynamics. Additionally, I explored the cascading effects of cover crops on defenses of the subsequent cash crop against herbivores.
