My lab at the University of Kentucky investigates insect ecology in agricultural landscapes. Our research rests on three pillars:

  • Understanding predatory insect ecology to enhance natural pest suppression
  • Optimizing pasture and livestock management to support beneficial insects
  • Designing agricultural landscapes for biodiversity and ecosystem services

I joined the Department of Entomology at the University of Kentucky in 2022, following graduate work at the University of Michigan and University of Washington and a postdoc at Michigan State University.
