I'm a Ph.D. candidate in Dr. Mary Barbercheck's lab studying how strategies to reduce tillage within organic crop rotations affect arthropod pest management in corn fields. Many of these reduced tillage strategies are facilitated by the use of cover crops and I'm interested in the impacts of cover crop species and tillage on predator communities and the amount of predation they exert to potentially control pests of corn.
