Outreach at 2014 Arbor Day and Earth Day Celebration

Skits and information about what animals are pollinators, how pollination works, and what foods are dependent on pollinators.

During the 2014 Arbor Day and Earth Day celebration at Penn State’s Arboretum, Fiona and Bianca taught groups of students from the State College area about pollinators.  The skits included information about what animals are pollinators – bees, flies, beetles, hummingbirds, even bats - how pollination works, and what foods are dependent on pollinators.
