Insecticides labelled for leafminers

Allium leafminer (Phytomyza gymnostoma) is an invasive species first confirmed in southeastern Pennsylvania in 2016. Adults appear to be active in the spring (March-May) and fall (October-November). Management includes row covers or insecticides during the time of adult activity. Although efficacy trials have not been conducted, the following insecticides labelled for leafminers may be effective against allium leafminer.  Labeled crops noted with days to harvest (DTH)
