I serve as the departmental bookkeeper responsible for maintaining and reconciling computerized budgets; managing grants, contracts, and proposals; processing all financial documents (purchasing, fleet reservations, travel reimbursements, etc.); processing graduate assistantship and wage payroll appointments; processing wage payroll time cards; and maintaining a petty cash fund for reimbursements.
